Probate is the process where a person’s assets are transferred from their name alone to their beneficiary’s, and usually that’s by a will. A will is witnessed by two individuals, and those individuals can be questioned about the person’s capacity to make the will, and whether they were under undue influence, so hopefully that process goes smoothly and we try to help it happen as quickly as possible so that debts don’t keep accruing, beneficiaries can receive their assets as soon as possible.
