COVID-19 Message
Amid the rapid progression of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the disruptions it has caused, Rusk, Wadlin, Heppner, & Martuscello, LLP remains committed to providing service to our clients. In addition, safeguarding the health of our clients, our attorneys and staff, and the communities where we live and work is of equal importance.
In the event of an office closure, our attorneys and certain support staff are equipped to work remotely when appropriate. Please communicate with RWHM via telephone and email. In-person appointments will be made as needed and we ask that only the necessary parties attend.
We will actively follow the guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state/local governmental agencies to revise plans and make decisions accordingly.
These are challenging and unsettling times. We are ready to help answer any questions or concerns you may have, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
