Nicholas A. Pascale of Marlboro, NY, joined the firm as an associate in April 2023. Nicholas received his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, Atlanta Georgia in 2002, and was a 1999 graduate of Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2003 and was selected as a Top Lawyer by Hudson Valley Magazine in 2023. Nick has counseled municipalities, businesses and individuals on a broad array of legal matters across the Hudson Valley for the last twenty years, and will now be concentrating his practice in Estate Planning and Estate Administration. He will be available in both the Kingston and Marlboro offices by appointment.
